Biography

Jeff Fromm is a partner in the Corporate and Transactions Group of Dorsey & Whitney LLP (www.dorsey.com). Jeff is also a Managing Member of Kidron Opportunity Fund I, LLC (www.kidronllc.com/KidronFunds.html).

He received his B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from University at Albany, New York in 1984, his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1987, and his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1998.

Previously, Jeff was an attorney at O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell (now O’Melveny & Myers) and Quasha Wessely & Schneider and a partner at Eiseman Levine Lehrhaupt & Kakoyiannis, P.C., Vice President and General Counsel of Quadrant Management, Inc., a New York-based international investment group, Vice Chairman and General Counsel of Quadrant-Amroq Bottling Company Limited (an international Pepsi-Cola bottling company), and founder and President of KnowledgeQuest Ventures LLC, a financial advisory and management consulting firm serving the education industry.
